Game Portal - Coming Soon

efT was originally founded in 2004 by KreatE^, and is completely unrecognisable from the clan it was in it's infancy. At first, efT was a clan who's members comprised only of six school friends. However, due to both academic and non-academic commitments, the team were never able to compete online much. Therefore, it was decided that the clan should be disbanded, and for about 3 months, it was. However, KreatE^ revived the clan when he found several people he knew through playing Counter-Strike online who were looking to join a clan. Again, this didn't last long as many of the members had other commitments.

When KreatE^ joined Team-TnB, it seemed as if efT would never surface again, but it did. Another efT team sprang up, consisting of some members who are still in efT today, including Izmo, and the honorary member SIR-Millar. This time, efT acquired several servers - a public, match and surf server - and joined Enemy Down. We now had a website, IRC channel and a place in a popular CS league. However, not all went to plan. The team played many PCWs, but never played many league games, and soon members started to leave, once again due to other commitments.

Meanwhile, the surf server was more popular than ever, with all 16 of it's slots full during most of the day. Here, KreatE^ found some extremely talented surfers, namely Oldeback and Loops. Soon, the legendary efT surf team was formed, and is still going strong today. This team, led by Oldeback and Loops is widely regarded as one of the best surf teams, not only in Europe, but in the world. The team has gone from strength to strength, with some of the best surfers wearing the efT tag.

For a long time, the surf team was the only efT team. However, efT was always meant to be a multi-gaming clan, and KreatE^ decided to branch out into other games. This idea didn't work out and was abandoned. Several months later, the idea was back, but this time, instead of branching out into different games, KreatE^ decided to branch out into different CS 1.6 mods. From this, a SoccerJam team was formed.

This very quickly turned into two SJ teams, an A and a B team, as so many people were interested in joining. The B team was soon disbanded, as it caused too much trouble to organise and maintain, but the A team stayed, and now contains some of Europe's best SJ players.

At the same time, things were going on for a revival of the 1.6 team. Izmo was back, and brought along Ras, who in turn brought along some of his friends. They soon got to work, tranforming the 1.6 team into the highly competitive and active team it is today.

The 1.6 team, led by Ras, has now been promoted to the EnemyDown Open ladder, came 1st in their EDCSL 6 division and also won "The Mystery Fun Cup - August 2007". They are currently working on entering other leagues and also being accepted into theSGL.

Today, efT consists of close to 40 active members competing in three teams, from across Europe. However, efT is not only a clan. It is also a community. We are still working on the idea of becoming a true multi-gaming clan, with teams in games such as Halo 2/3, Battlefield 2, Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike: Source. This will enable us to be in contact with a much larger number of people, so our community will keep growing. Our aim is to become a place where players can meet, chat, arrange matches and generally enhance players' online gaming experience. We already have four CS servers, with more on the way, and a group of great people. Now all we need is you to become a part of this community and help us grow into something great.
